Access Policy

Unless you are within a free trial period, you must pay for access for a full month prior to accessing course content. Payments process at the beginning of your monthly billing cycle and provide access for the month that happens right after that payment, for 30 days. You may cancel at any time. However, regardless of when you cancel, your access remains available until the end of your billing cycle. No refunds or pro-rating is offered for days not used after cancellation is made.

Refund Policy

You can cancel any time within the trial period.

Learn how to cancel below.

We are unable to refund trial charges as well as charges that are processed after the trial period ends.

If you cancel after your trial ends, you’ll still have access to your Slack group, instructors, and courses until the end of the billing cycle, but you will not get charged again.

Please note that deactivating or deleting your Slack or Teachable accounts DO NOT cancel your subscription to Everyday Film School. You must cancel through LaunchPass.

Note: Details regarding your subscription to Everyday Film School, including billing details, the amount you were/will be charged, what date you were/will be charged and more can be viewed on your invoice that is automatically emailed to you from [email protected]. Please search the email inbox and spam filter of the email address you used to register for this email. It will be titled “Your subscription to Everyday Film School has been renewed.”

How to Cancel

First, you need to find the email you were automatically sent when you subscribed, OR any monthly auto-generated invoice, which includes a link to billing details, the amount you were/will be charged, what date you were/will be charged and more.

It is from [email protected] and is titled “Your subscription to Everyday Film School has been renewed.”

You can cancel your subscription by clicking on the "unsubscribe" or "cancel now" link found at the bottom of the email invoice you were sent. It’s at the bottom, in blue, see below:

For assistance with this process, you can contact [email protected]. Please note they are not able to process requests for refunds.

IF you cannot figure out cancellation by these instructions and require email support, you must allow us 48 hours to respond. You must also anticipate a minimum 2-hour window between the time you cancel and the time you would be charged. Our automated system (Stripe) is unable to process cancellations that come that close to the deadline.
